Credit card payments will not be accepted for: (i) payments on coins or jewelry; (ii) any international invoices of $1000 or greater; and (iii) domestic invoices of $5000 or greater. All international invoices of $1000 or greater and domestic invoices of $5000 or greater must be paid by bank wire transfer or certified check in U.S. Dollars only. Please be Aware That You Are Bidding on the Framed Item and Not the Frame Itself. We Are Not Responsible For Any Damage to the Frames Themselves, and No Refunds Will Be Given Due to the Damage Frames. Weiss Auctions Makes a Great Effort to Protect Framed Pieces While in Our Care and During the Shipping Process. Contact us if you wish to have the frame removed prior to shipping which may help to reduce the cost.
